Terms and Conditions

One term written notice is required if classes are suspended.

The registration is an official agreement entered between Marna Bolt Ballet School and the parent/guardian.

Payment of class fees are strictly due the first week of each term or, when paid monthly, on the first of each month.

Three options of payment – quarterly, over 10 months or 12 months.

All class fees are paid into the studio account.​

All other monies (i.e. exam fees, costumes, pianist) are paid in cash only in an envelope clearly marked with the pupil’s name and surname and a receipt will be issued.

Exam fees are payable in cash only and strictly before the closing date as indicated. Late payment carries a 20% penalty – RAD rules.

Class fees include any extra classes required before the exam as well as a “mock exam” day.

No parents are allowed during classes except on “parents watching day”.

Children are expected to attend all classes for the full duration of class time. If children do not attend classes regularly, they will not be allowed to participate in exams and/or stage work.

INDEMNITY: Whereas every necessary precaution will be taken to prevent accidents, neither the Principal (Sanmarie Kreuzhuber-Hagler) nor any other person associated with the school will be held responsible for any claims by a student arising from an accident which may occur whilst on the premises. This indemnity shall in addition be deemed operative as against any third party.
